Map Policy & Coupon Limitations

Why are certain items excluded from our sales?

House of Hockey must adhere to standards and regulations set by vendors. Accordingly, certain products must be excluded from offers and promotions. These restrictions are set by the manufacturer and apply to ALL retailers, not just House of Hockey. This is truly the lowest price available.

What does “MAP Restricted” or “Covered by MAP” mean?

  • MAP stands for Minimum Advertised Price.
  • If a product is MAP Restricted or Covered by MAP, that means that the lowest possible price has been set by the manufacturer and NO COMPANY, including us, can discount the product to below that price.

Manufacturer Policies

  • Bauer Hockey – “Offer excludes current Bauer products.”
  • CCM Hockey – “Does not include Reebok-CCM products covered by MAP”

Coupons, Offers & Promotions – Other Limitations

Limit to one transaction per customer. Cannot be combined with other offers. Not redeemable for cash, gift cards, gift certificates or store credit. Offer valid only while supplies last and not applicable to canceled orders of out-of-stock products. Discount does not apply to taxes or shipping & handling charges.
